One Customer View - Infringement Updates Summary

Hi 1CV Users,

When, we rolled out an update to improve the Infringements experience in One Customer View. This release includes several key enhancements and fixes designed to make the system more efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly.

  • Improved Infringement Search

Previously, searching by an infringement number would return information about the person linked to it, rather than the infringement itself. This meant that if the infringement wasn’t associated with a person, no results would be shown, even if the infringement number was valid. Now, when searching by an infringement number, the system will always return the core details of the infringement, including:

    • Infringement Number
    • Status
    • Infringement Type
    • Offence Date
    • Due Date
    • Amount Due
    • Full Name (if a person is linked)

These details are displayed in the same format as other search results. If the infringement is linked to a customer, selecting it will show that customer’s details—just like searching by name. As shown in the screenshot below:

  • New Tab Behaviour
The Local Laws tab now shows all infringements. These can be easily sorted into Outstanding or Completed. The “Outstanding Infringement” card now reflects this broader set of data.
  • Additional Fixes
    • Resolved column sizing issues for Date of Birth and Phone fields.
    • Fixed a bug where customer info would linger incorrectly in certain edge cases.

We hope these updates continue to improve both efficiency and usability for everyone. As always, feel free to reach out with any suggestions or if you encounter any issues, we’re always here to help.
