One Customer View 2026 Update 6/1

What's New?

Over the last couple of weeks GDATA has been hard at work at making what could possibly be our largest update to One Customer View since release!

Some of these new features include:

  • A tutorial that showcases One Customer View for first time users and can be replayed whenever.
  • A new way to determine the difference between owned properties and current residency.
  • Two new pages slowly being rolled out to clients one for applications and one for licenses.
  • A new User Experience making use of a new framework.

The 1CV Tutorial

The 1CV tutorial is available at the top right of the application however, it will automatically start if it is the first time a user has used 1CV. It talks through with examples on how to search and access a users profile. Also showing how to navigate between the different pages.

Owned Properties/Residential

The 1CV properties page has been updated to include additional information on both what properties are owned by a customer as well as their mailing list or their current residency if they do not match. We are also in the process of including more GIS information so stay tunned for future updates.

Applications Tab

The 1CV Applications tab is a new tab that can show the process of an application. In this example, Clark Kent has applied for a dwelling construction with a residential development type. You can also get a quick glance of the status via the new green approved at the end.

Licenses Tab

The 1CV Licenses tab is also new and shows what licenses are held by the associated customer this also includes permits. Once again using Clark as an example he has a Swimming pool or spa license. The page also once again includes the status and the associated fees with the license.

New User Experience

As you have probably noticed from some of these screenshots, the general user interface of One Customer View has changed. Whilst there is no functional difference on the front end, the back end is now much more scalable, and it should be a lot easier for us to implement new features as required. That concludes our massive One Customer View update. As always please reach out if there are any issues!
